Heather Lynne McKay

Adelaide Celebration

Sunday, 2nd July, Tennyson

As I was tidying up some of heathers stuff today these quotes fell out:

"Focus on the journey, not the destination. joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it"

"To get through the hardest journey we need take only one step at a time, but we must keep stepping"

"A journey is like marriage. The certain way to be wrong is to think you control it"

"A journey is best measured in friends rather than miles"

THIS IS PROFOUND! Whooo!
But no - these were some notes mixed up from Dylan's English study. The other written messages from heather that she has left us - "don't take the cable from my room!" but I have ignored it and have taken the cable.

Never the less, friends, please, come and help her journey.

Sunday 2nd July
From 1.30pm to about 4.30pm

75 Seaview Road Tennyson, SA

I've been told that Adelaide is very cold at present, bring warmth, bring a plate and drinks, bring stories and song, bring joy and colour. At about 4pm we will rug up and get to the beach to release some of Heather's ashes.
